Refilling
A responsible vision
In our mind, luxury is not disposable. Driven by this vision, we are committed to reducing as much as possible our impact on the environment. That’s why our bottles are designed to be reused.
We thus offer you the possibility of having your bottle refilled at FO’AH. This ensures you that the care and quality standards applied when doing so are the same that we apply to all our products.
(This service is currently only available in the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. We hope to be able to expand it to other geographies in the future.)
Refilling in 4 steps
Receipt
Each bottle is unique. As soon as yours is received in our offices in Paris, the person in charge of its care shows respect for its appearance, its history and its owner. It receives all the attention it needs to continue to carry your scent, and for a long time to come.
Refilling
We fill your FO'AH bottle with its original fragrance, under strict safety and hygiene conditions. Please note that we only fill a bottle with its initial fragrance in order to guarantee a perfect fidelity.
Pampering
In order to ensure that your bottle is perfectly kept and sealed over time, we check its general condition and when needed we replace the used parts and pump. This careful treatment will not only give your bottle a rejuvenated feel it will extended its longevity by your side.
Final touch
Your bottle is placed in an ethically sourced cotton pouch that contributes to women empowerment in India and packaged carefully for its return trip. We inform you of its departure date and give you its tracking number. The return shipping is also complimentary.
How to have your bottle refilled?
Order
Place your refilling order. We will contact you for shipping details and e-mail you a postage-paid shipping label. See top of page for eligible countries.
Shipment
Carefully wrap your empty bottle for shipment. Stick the postage-paid label on the package. Drop it off at your chosen location.
Return
We notify you as soon as we receive your bottle. We service it and fill it with its scent. Once it is ready, we ship it back and give you its tracking number.
